Tragedy struck early Saturday morning on the South Loop (I-610) near Broad Street in Houston when a high-speed crash claimed the lives of two 18-year-olds. According to the Houston Police Department (HPD), a white pickup truck carrying three people lost control around 2:30 a.m. and slammed into a freeway sign, bursting into flames.
